Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects before work begins.

If work has already started, any refund will be based on the percentage of work completed.

SEO and digital marketing performance depends on numerous external factors including:

  • Industry trends

Therefore, ITSolotions cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or sales, and refunds will not be issued based solely on marketing performance.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
